Requirements
- Male, 35 – 40 years old.
- Min. S1 Majoring Accounting.
- Experience using Oracle System.
- Proficient using Ms Excel, Word, Power Point.
- At least 5 years working experiences as an Accounting Manager.
- Having working experiences at the Public Accountant Firm for at least 3 years and the last position as Manager
- Fluent in Indonesia and English
- High leadership spirit
- Willing to travel out of Jakarta
Responsibilities
- To manage day to day fixed assets operation (retirement, transfer, additional, deduction)
- Responsible end of month process and generate Asset Registration on timely basis, include prepare monthly reporting.
- To manage accompaniment assets handover of the New and Remodeling Stores, kiosks, EOTF (Experience of The Future)
- To manage pre checklist Assets before Stores Remodeling and Stores Closure.
- To manage asset barcoding New & Remodeling Stores Kiosk, EPTF as well as periodical assets addition and replace.
- To manage RGM turnover Assets handover based on the operation dept turnover timetable / scheme.
- To manage Assets Audit periodically to ensure the exislency and accuracy ( Stores, RSC, DC, CC, ESSD-LHI-IT Warehouses )
- To manage SOP refreshment to all Stores and Warehouses.
- To enhance Asset Management System
